Matthias Dobbelaere specializes in IT Law, and has a particular interest in domain name disputes, IT-contracts, e-commerce and identity theft. He recently examined the desirability of a European and/or Belgian regulation on online identity theft. The publication of this extensive study can be found here (dutch).

Matthias is also a member of the FeWeb Complaints Committee, the Federation of Web developers, and participates actively in the FeWebPlus sponsorship project, whose aim is to refine the technical and managerial capabilities of the web developer.
