Copyright licensing
Licenses
When there is a transfer of copyright (through a deed) the original author loses all control (except for moral rights who are inalienable) over the copyright of his work. The transfer is often regarded as too radical so one could decide to draft copyright licenses instead. These licenses leaves the copyright of the original author intact, but gives another person (the licensee) certain rights which he independently can perform (licensed by the enumerated acts).
