MyLex offers several registration packages for Benelux trademarks:
Package 1: depot for 10 years with supervision and monitoring (no research / opinion), the trademark deposit is prepared and filed (maximum 3 classes). You will receive an registration certificate, and your brand will be included in the renewal database. You obtain 6 months free monitoring of your trademark.
Price: 575 euro.
Package 2: depot for 10 years with an identical study, advice, guidance and monitoring, the trademark deposit is prepared and filed (maximum 3 classes). You will receive an registration certificate, and your brand will be included in the renewal database. You obtain 1 year free monitoring of your trademark.
Price: 775 euro.
Package 3: depot for 10 years with an extensive research, advice, guidance and monitoring, the trademark deposit is prepared and filed (maximum 3 classes). You will receive an registration certificate, and your brand will be included in the renewal database. You obtain 1 year free monitoring of your trademark.
Price: 1250 euro.
