Escrow agreements

Escrow agreements

In an escrow agreement, the source code of a program is deposited with an independent escrow agent. This measure is intended to protect the end user, who acquires a more secure and undisturbed continuous use of the (often expensive) software, especially when a supplier would be unable to provide service (ex. bankruptcy). Moreover, an escrow arrangement protects the intellectual property rights of the software vendor.

Take no risks, and certainly not with custom made software. Use our escrow services.

Escrow summary

Escrow has two purposes: to ensure continuity of support and to protect the intellectual property rights of the software vendor.
